Two (2) of chef's favorite salads. Grilled hamburgers, Chicago-style dogs, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, condiments (sautéed onion, sautéed peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, raw onion, pickles, and a variety of cheeses), buns, and chips

Deli Buffet

Two (2) of chef's favorite salads. capicola, turkey, ham, summer sausage, corned beef, pastrami. A variety of cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. Mayo, mustard, pesto with an assortment of breads, and chips. Add soup du jour for an additional charge.

Southwest Buffet

Southwest salad. Hard- and soft-shell taco shells, seasoned ground beef, Fajita chicken, Spanish rice, refried beans. Accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, black olive, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and tostada chips.

Taste of Italy Buffet

Caesar Salad, Spaghetti and meatballs, chicken penne alfredo, chef's choice pasta, and bread sticks.

BBQ Buffet

House salad, coleslaw, BBQ chicken, chopped pork, baked beans, OCC potatoes and cornbread. Add BBQ ribs for an additional fee.

Homestyle Buffet

House salad, chef's choice of seasonal vegetable, choice of starch, homemade meatloaf, fried chicken and rolls.

President's Buffet

Two (2) of chef's favorite salads. Dinner rolls and whipped butter. Your choice of starch and chef's choice of seasonal vegetables.

Two, Three or Four entree buffet available.

Entree choices: Swiss almond chicken. Asiago, chicken, Parmesan chicken, Caprese chicken, Roasted chicken, Cranberry almond pork, Apple braised pork, Georgia style pork, Mediterranean stuffed pork, Black & Bleu beef medallions, Beef medallions with red wine demi.
